2019

From September to December 2019, I worked for them as a design consultant. During this period, I was responsible of the following projects: – Fluidizing the navigation on the site: ergonomics study – Facilitate the search for information by focusing on the speed and relevance of the response. – Animation workshops on the three types of audiences: amateur, experienced and expert. – Google Analytics conclusions – Improved user experience

INPN is a website used by more than 1 million people each year. During the time of my intervention, I facilitated workshops with the company’s stakeholders, helping to define the objectives and identify the different user segments.

In close collaboration with the INPN team, we defined the different “use cases” of the site and prioritized the functionalities and content to be highlighted in order to improve the user experience.
